What are Google Apps?
For all of Grovo's Google App's courses, go to http://www.grovo.com/google-apps Google Apps is a cloud-based web service that allows businesses and other organizations to use Google products under a custom domain name. These apps include Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs and Google Drive, which can be used to send email through a custom address, collaborate on documents in real-time, and more. The Google Apps versions of these tools are almost identical to their free consumer counterparts, which means there are no new interfaces for current users to learn. With Google Apps, however, administrators have full control over each individual user's access and privileges in order to track usage and ensure compliance.
