How to make your own Masquerade Mask

This was one of these "spur of the moment" inspirations. It took about 2 days to film(there was a lot of footage I didn't use) But I was very happy with the outcome. I didn't show the decorating part of the mask because everyone likes to do theirs different. But for those who want to know how I did them, Pink mask: After paper mache-ing the mask on both sides I layered pink glittery paint. Then using PVA I stuck lace over the paint. After that was dry I added feathers and flowers with a hot glue gun. Black Mask: This was the actual shape I demonstrated in the video. I wanted to do something different. After paper mache-ing the mask and letting it dry I painted it black. I then stuck on lace with PVA and after that I added ribbon pieces and flowers to one side of the mask. To tie this up you would need to make holes in the sides of the mask, then use a ribbon to sequre it properly(or you could use an elastic). Thanks for watching and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask :) Music by: My Facebook:!/pages/NickyDeLys/187955301231405 My Blog:
