Stages so far have included learning on the ISS mock-up at the European Astronaut Centre in Cologne - focussing on robotic arm operations and the European elements such as the Columbus laboratory and the Automated Transfer Vehicle, basic medical training, introduction to microgravity using ESA's Neutral Buoyancy Simulator and parabolic flight training inside the Zero-G plane, learning Russian and undergoing survival training.'
