The Hunger Games Video Review Contest

Are the odds in your favor to win an iPad 3? Enter our video review contest for The Hunger Games to find out! Visit for details on the prizes and the complete set of rules. Did you love the Hunger Games movie? Was the movie everything you hoped for? Or were you bummed? Was it too scary for you or your younger sibling, or was it ok? Tell the world in a video review. The Grand Prize winner gets a new Apple iPad 3! (And the runner up prizes aren't bad either—we also have $200 in movie tickets and lots of great Hunger Games swag to give away). But to win it, this has to be in it: 1) Tell us what the right age is to see the movie. Is there stuff in the movie that's not for your younger brother or sister? Why is it right for the age you chose? Why isn't it right for someone younger? BUT NO SPOILERS—someone may watch your review that hasn't read the book so we don't want to ruin any surprises for them! 2) Tell us fast: 2 minutes -- over and out. Anything more and your submission won't make it to the judges. 3) Use your own words -- and make them G rated. Foul language, gestures or stuff that would get you in trouble at home gets you disqualified here. And no images from the movie or music of any kind. That stuff is copyrighted and unless you have permission, it's o.u.t. BONUS POINTS: If you REALLY want to win, the judges will be looking not for why the movie is or isn't cool but what messages the movie sends and what kind of role models the heroes and villains are. When your review IS READY, post it to YouTube and email us the link to [email protected] The contest will begin on March 23, 2012 and run until Midnight PST on April 29, 2012. IMPORTANT: If you are under 13, your parents (or someone older than 13) has to post your video. (Them's the rules at YouTube) See the complete set rules, fine print, and prize information at
