In the ever-changing streets of Hanoi, shops and neighborhoods come and go in the blink of an eye. The Old Quarter was once filled with craftspeople working on the streets that bore the name of their craft -- Bronze Street, Tin Street, Silver Street — but now offer ethernet cords and cell phone charms. That isn't the case for Le Thi Tan's candy store on Sugar Street, however.
