Pull both hands in towards your stomach, bending at your elbows. As you do this, lean away to your left. 3. Switch sides, stretching both arms out to your left. Pull in the mimed rope again, leaning to your right. 4. With your arms raised at your sides and your elbows bent, bend at the knees twice in a row. Clap your hands. Variations * Stretch only your left arm to your right for the rope, crossing it over your torso, then switch to your right arm for the left side, crossing again. Stretch only your right arm to your right for the rope, then switch to your left arm for the left side. Stretch your right arm to the left, just below shoulder height. Meanwhile, stretch your left arm to your right at hip height. Then pull your right arm to the right and your left to the left, ending with both centered. Switch to the right arm on bottom and the left on top, then pull. * Do a single knee bend instead of a double. Combination For a combination, try doing the old school move, then each of the arm variations in a row.
