Whichever side you're leaning with, lift that shoulder while leaning. Double Lean For a double lean, lean your torso to the right or to the left, move slightly in the opposite direction, then lean again in the first direction. To practice both of these moves, try this eight-count combination: a single to the right, a single to the left, a single to the right, a single to the left, a double to the right and a double to the left. Breakdown Shoulder To do a broken down shoulder lean, or a breakdown shoulder, start from a lean to the left. 1. Drop your right shoulder while raising your left. Snap from this into a right single lean. Make sure not to straighten up, as you're slowly working your way downward. 2. Drop your left shoulder while raising your right. Snap from this into a left single lean. Combination Now, try combining these three types of shoulder lean into this eight-count combination: Single right, single left, single right, single left, double right, double left, breakdown to the right, breakdown to the left,?breakdown to the right, breakdown to the left.
