Getting Started Perform this exercise on an inclined bench. Sit on the bench and lean back all the way. Lay your feet flat on the ground or on the stability bar.? With the weights in each hand, move your arms up to the beginning of a chest press position.? Your elbows should be straight out to the sides at a 90 degree angle. Make sure your shoulders don't dip down and lower the elbows.? Raise the weights up over your arms.? Perform the Exercise Once you're in the start position, you can begin doing the inclined chest press.? * From the start position, press upwards on the weights.? * Keep the weights over your chest, not over your face.? * After extending your arms, bring them back down to the start position.? * Remember to pay attention to your breathing patterns.
