Start with your left leg crossed over in front of your right leg with your your left toe pointing to the floor. Keep it up in the air so that it's just pointing to the floor. *The purpose of this step is to get your right leg to jump over the top of your left leg and land on that foot. 2. With your left leg crossed over in front of your right, bend your right leg slightly and use the momentum of your push to lift your right foot up and bring it around and over your left leg. You should land with your right leg now crossing over in front of your left leg and your left foot up in the air behind you. Repeat these same steps beginning with your right leg crossed over in front of your left.
