On the left side of the screen is the Event Library. When you open this, you'll see all of your clips in the Browser to the right or you'll see a folder that contains Smart Collections?that you created when you originally imported your footage. The clips in the Browser can be sorted to your choosing according to?Date,?Reel,?Scene,?Duration?or?File Type. Decide which sorting method works best for you. If you want to create a new folder in one of the Smart Collections, right-click on it and choose New Folder.? Name the folder what you want and press Enter on your keyboard. To delete a folder, right-click on it and choose Delete Folder from the menu that appears. Smart Folders must be created as you're importing footage and clips. It's one of the options available in the Import Files dialog box that appears when you're importing clips. Finally, if you want to merge clips from one folder into another, all you have to do is click and drag the folder that contains the clips and drop it into the second folder you want them to be in.
