Some of these sub-folders contain pictures while others have clips. All of these items contained in the sub-folders are changeable. You can change an item's name by clicking on it once in the Browser.? You can also rearrange the clips and Group them according to the Disk (hard drive) they're located on or by the Date they were created. You can even group or arrange clips by the Date Imported, Reel, Scene, Duration or File Type, and you can choose to view them in Ascending or Descending order. If you want to preview the footage that is contained on a particular clip, all you have to do is click on it to select it and hover your mouse over the preview window in the Browser.? If you want to play a clip, press Spacebar on your keyboard. To play the clip in reverse, press Shift+Spacebar on your keyboard. Place a clip in the Timeline by clicking and dragging the clip from the Browser and dropping it into the Timeline. If you want to make extra changes to a clip, right-click on one in the Browser window to reveal an options menu.? You can choose to create a New Compound Clip, Synchronize multiple selected clips, Open in Timeline, Transcode Media, Analyze and Fix, Reveal in Finder or Move to Trash. Finally, if you want to use a particular clip for a different event, you can just click and drag the selected clip to the other Event you wish to use it for.
