New Quicktime Sharing Options --------------------------------------------------------------------- The new version of Quicktime for Mac OS X Lion allows you to easily publish your videos on the internet.?In the Quicktime window, find the video control panel that contains the Play button and other features. The right side of the panel has an icon of a square and arrow. Click this icon to access the sharing features.?A menu of sharing options will open below the button: * iTunes * MobileMe Gallery * YouTube * Vimeo * Flickr * Facebook * Mail Click on an option to publish your video through the account. You need to have an account with the selection before you can use it to upload videos.For example, if you want to share a video via Facebook, select the Facebook option. A dialogue box will open for you to log into your Facebook account directly from Quicktime.?After you allow the Quicktime Player to access your Facebook account, you will be able to edit the video and upload it. Quicktime will automatically export and compress the video. This requires an internet connection.?If your video file is too large to upload, you can make it smaller by going to View -- Decrease Size.
