Check out Bas Rutten's Liver Shot on MMA Surge: http://bit.ly/MMASurgeEp1 Auditions is a new feature for Final Cut Pro X that consolidates the series of clips that you choose into one large clip. This can come in handy if, for instance, you have three takes of the same shot from the same scene.? You can combine these three takes into one clip and choose the best take from the three in that clip. So, Auditions can help you better organize and consolidate your clips for easier navigation in Final Cut Pro X. To use this feature, select the clips of your choosing in the?Browser?window. Press and hold?Command?on your keyboard as you click with your mouse to select multiple clips.? Once all the clips you want are selected, right-click on them and choose?Create Audition?from the menu that appears, or press?Command+Y?on your keyboard. This will automatically create a consolidated clip with a triangular icon next to it in the Browser window.? Right-click on this consolidated clip to reveal another menu where you can choose Open Audition. A window will appear from which you can navigate between the selected clips that have been consolidated into this one Audition clip and choose the best one. Click Done when you're ready.
