Check out Bas Rutten's Liver Shot on MMA Surge: http://bit.ly/MMASurgeEp1 The Master Fader controls the volume for all of your tracks. So, it does not matter where all of the tracks are inside your session. You can always raise or lower the volume of your entire project with this fader. If you need to create a Master Fader Track, navigate to the top menu bar and click Track -- New. In the New Tracks dialog box, choose Master Fader from the drop down menu and click Create. Move your Master Fader Track all the way to the right in the mix window so it appears at the bottom of your session in the edit window. For the most part, the only thing you can control with this track is the volume of your entire session. The major difference between the master track and other tracks is there is no Input option.
