It's always a good idea to have your tracks in some kind of order rather than disarray. It can really help your editing and mixing functionality. If you wish to move a track around in the mix window, simply click and hold on the track's name and drag the channel strip left or right. You can also move multiple tracks at the same time by pressing and holding Shift or Command, then clicking on the name of each track you would like to select. When looking at the mix window, some people like to sort their tracks left to right. To the far left is the click track since it's the overall tempo for the entire project. Moving right, drum tracks are next in line. Bass and guitar tracks follow. Keep moving right and vocal tracks come next. Finally, the Master Fader track is all the way to the far right.
