Possible Gunman at Virginia Tech

Learn guitar chords for FREE through our new game Chord Master: Virginia Tech already suffered a shooting massacre in 2007, so it's no wonder that a sighting of a possible gunman prowling the campus has the entire school on high alert. On Thursday August 4th, just after 9:00am, three youths attending a camp on the campus said they saw a white male who had an object covered by some kind of cloth that they believed to be a weapon. He was reportedly walking very fast. Local police have advised all students and faculty to stay indoors as they continue to search for the man. The school's website posted this message: "Campus alert remains in effect. We recommend that students, employees, and others on campus remain secured indoors. Classes are cancelled for remainder of the day. Students are asked not to come to campus." In April 2007, a gunman at the school shot dead 32 people before killing himself. The campus, the site of the worst school shooting in U.S. history, remains on lockdown. What do you think? Is the media blowing the "possible weapon" out of proportion, or is there a significant chance someone would want to replicate the '07 massacre? Leave a comment below and let us know.
