FaceTime for Mac OS X Lion --------------------------------------------------------------------- Mac OS X Lion has FaceTime as a fully integrated program. You can use it to video chat with anyone who has an iPhone 4 or a computer with a FaceTime application. FaceTime for Lion has several new features as well many of the traditional ones found on an iPhone.?To make a FaceTime call:?1. Open FaceTime by clicking on it in the Applications folder.?2. A FaceTime window will open. It looks similar to the iPhone version. The right side of the window contains?Contacts,?Recent Calls,?Favorites?and other features for calling contacts.3. Click on the arrow next to a contact to view your call history, edit the contact or add them as a favorite.?4. Click on the contact's name to call them.?Some new features:?1. When making a FaceTime call, you can set the window to full screen by clicking on the arrow at the top right corner.?2. When your contact flips their iPhone from portrait to landscape view, your screen will automatically flip with it. You can turn this feature on or off by going to Video -- Use Landscape.?3. You can use your internal microphone or an external one by selecting?Video -- Internal microphone or Line in.4. You can zoom in on the video by using Window -- Zoom.
