For example, when hungry, people will buy pizza or fries instead of vegetables, fruit and meat. Also, many office workers buy their food from a vending machine. These vending machines only sell chocolate bars, chips and cookies. We all know that junk foods are bad for our health so why do we eat them?DIFFICULTMany people do not consume healthy food. They consume far too much junk food and inadequate quantities of nutrient-rich ingredients. For instance, when famished, people opt for pizza or fries as versus vegetables, fruit and meat. Additionally, countless white-collar employees purchase their meals from a vending machine. Such vending machines are limited to offering chocolate bars, chips and cookies. It is well known that junk foods are counter-productive for our longevity, begging the question: Why do we consume them in the first place?
