Check out Bas Rutten's Liver Shot on MMA Surge: http://bit.ly/MMASurgeEp1 What You'll Need * Light hold hairspray * Clips * Hair tie * Comb Before You Start Start off with hair that's clean and roughly dried. This will give it a flowing, loose texture.? Brush out the hair to remove any tangles and reduce frizziness. One good way to do this is by spraying a brush with hairspray and then brushing it through the ends of the hair.? Step 1: Section the Hair Decide where you want the braid to start on the head. Use the comb to draw a part on the side of the head where the top of the braid will be. Then section out the width of the braid area. Carve the section back from the hairline and round it towards the ear.? If you have thin hair, you can make a larger section. For thick hair, make your section smaller.? Clip away the hair surrounding your section.? Step 2: Start the Braid Before you braid, pull up the front section of the hair and coat it with the hairspray. Hold the spray about 12 inches from the head so that you have a light coating.? At the top corner of your section, pull up a diagonal strip of hair. Divide it into three sections for the braid.? Start French braiding the hair across the top of the section.? Step 3: Finish the Braid When your braid reaches the opposite side of the head, you can either continue braiding it down the side of the head or end it there.? Tie off the braid with the hair tie. Unclip the rest of the hair and you've got your Lauren Conrad hair! Read more by visiting our page at: http://www.mahalo.com/courses/celebrity-hairstyles/for-long-hair/lauren-conrad/
