About the Professor's Twist --------------------------------------------------------------------- This move is a combination of movements specifically designed by Professor Lock himself—hence the name. So get the DJ to crank the tunes and 5, 6, 7, 8... First Part: Face Forward --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. The first part of the combination involves rolling the arms at chest level. Bend at the elbows, roll towards the chest two ?times before clapping behind your back.2. As you bring your arms forward, bring your left knee up and slap it with your hand, pushing that leg out to the side as shown in the picture to the right.3. Bring your left leg back to center and pop your right leg out to the side.4. Lift your knee up towards your chest so that your thigh is at a 90? angle to the floor. Hop to your left leg. Does this move seem familiar? It's the Scoop Box.5. Finish this part of the move by stomping your left foot down. Second Part: Face the Side --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Kick forward with your right leg then step that leg back as you punch forward with your right arm. This is similar to the high boot that ends in the stop and go.2. Twist your body 90? so you are facing the side as you roll your arms in front of you.
