Begin with your hands on your hips to help maintain your balance.2. Place your right foot in the heel dig position.3. Spank the floor with your toe in a backward sweeping motion. 4. Quickly lift and drop the heel of your left foot. 5. Do a flap with your right foot by brushing the floor with your toe in an outward motion, followed by a quick toe tap. Shift your weight when you tap your toe to free up your left leg for movement. 6. With your left foot, do a shuffle to the side by brushing the floor with an outward motion, followed by a brush toward your body. 7. Next, do a ball change by tapping your left toe behind you and shifting your weight to quickly tap your right toe.8. The second to last combination is called a shuffle cramp roll. You do this by doing a shuffle to the side with your left foot, followed by stepping down on your left toe, then right toe, then left heel and then right heel.9.
