Begin by placing your hands on your hips to help maintain your balance. 2. To do a chug, all you do is slightly leap up but not high enough to actually leave the ground. Instead, you push yourself up and forward while sliding your toes on the ground to create a scraping sound. 3. To finish the move, slam both heels down on the ground at the same time.
