About the Arm Roll --------------------------------------------------------------------- Arm rolls flow well with locking and are moves you can easily incorporate into your dance to personalize it. They can be a good break from doing the more complicated steps of locking. The Steps of Arm Rolls --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. First you roll your arms up to your shoulders like depicted in the image to the right.?2. Then stick your arms out and roll them starting from the elbow.?3. End this move by clapping your hands together once behind your back. In the arm roll remember to fold meticulously at the elbow and to not just flail your arms since this is bad technique.?4.
