Step 1: Pointing the Arms --------------------------------------------------------------------- You start by pointing your arm and then bringing it quickly back to your chest. Bend your arms slightly when bringing it back towards you. You can start out with the left arm and then the right arm and alternate.? Step 2: Bending the Knees --------------------------------------------------------------------- You then take it down, by bending your knees really low with your feet splayed apart in between points. The easiest rhythm to maintain is to point alternately four times on each arm and then follow it by a drop. When dropping keep your back slightly leaned forward.?
