Outlaw Randy Quaid Safe in Canada

Check out Bas Rutten's Liver Shot on MMA Surge: The Santa Barbara County district attorney's office says its request to seek the extradition of actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi has been denied. The eccentric 60-year-old Hollywood outlaw fled to Canada in 2010 after vandalizing a Santa Barbara home he and his wife no longer owned. They were later arrested in Vancouver, where they sought asylum from what Quaid called "Hollywood Star Whackers" — a clandestine group of power players who profit from the death of celebrities. Despite the Santa Barbara D.A.'s months-long request, the U.S. Department of Justice denied extradition for the bizarre couple, citing "extradition is generally reserved for more serious offenses." The bench warrants for the Quaids in 2010 remain outstanding, and if they return to the U.S. they could be arrested. For now, the bizarre couple remain safe and sound in Vancouver.
