Creating Smart Groups from a Search --------------------------------------------------------------------- You can create a new smart group for your address book by first searching through the contacts and putting the results into a group.?1. In the address book window, type a search term in the search box in the top right corner.?2. When you see the results, go to File -- New Smart Group from Current Search.?3. The new smart group folder will appear in the left sidebar. You can rename it. All of the search results will be grouped into the new folder.?4. Any future contact that contains the specified key word will automatically be added to the smart group.?
