Basic Search --------------------------------------------------------------------- In your Windows Media Player library, click on the search field in the upper-right corner of the window.Enter a keyword, and your search results will appear. Specific Searches --------------------------------------------------------------------- Here are three ways of doing more specific searches in the search field: Type?artist:?, followed by the name of the artist, then?song:?, followed by the name of the song. For example,?artist: aerosmith song: sweet emotion. Type the name of the artist and the name of the song in separate quotation marks, with a plus sign between the two. For example,?"aerosmith" + "sweet emotion". You can also search for songs within a range of dates. Type the first year in the range, followed by two periods, followed by the end year.
