Spot Mode - Pro Tools 9

Check out Bas Rutten's Liver Shot on MMA Surge: Editing in Spot Mode Spot Mode allows you to place an audio region to a specific spot on your track editor. To get into Spot Mode, choose the option at the top left corner of the top tool bar. You can also choose Shuffle, Slip or Grid modes. Spot Mode allows you to move the track to wherever you want numerically. Click once on the track you want to move and the Spot Dialog box will appear. The drop down menu associated with Time Scale allows you to choose how you wish to view your measures. You can choose between Bars|Beats, Min:Secs, Time Code, Feet+Frames or Samples. With Bars|Beats selected, you can set your track to begin at a specific bar and beat by adjusting the Start field. Read more by visiting our page at:
