Learn guitar chords for FREE through our new game Chord Master: http://bit.ly/ChordMasterYT Using the Triangle Pencil Tool The Triangle Pencil Tool is like a more efficient version of the Line Tool. It allows you to smoothly pan left and right by just clicking and dragging. To access the Triangle Pencil Tool, click and hold on this button in to top tool bar. A drop down menu will appear. Choose Triangle and release the mouse button. To access the automation for the pan, click on the small arrow at the bottom left corner of the track and choose pan. The Triangle Pencil Tool allows you to adjust a track's settings so that the sound of the notes on the track pan left and right.? This makes it so the notes oscillate back and forth between the left channel and the right channel. Before you make any changes, however, make sure you're set to Absolute Grid mode by adjusting the setting in the top left corner. With the Triangle Pencil Tool selected, click and drag with your mouse on the horizontal white line in the middle of the pan track. You'll see zig zag lines appear as you drag the mouse down the track.
