Viewing Attachments --------------------------------------------------------------------- When you receive an email with an attachment, an icon for the attachment will appear at the bottom of the message's text. If it's a picture, the image will appear in the email. You have several options for viewing the file:1.?Press?Save?to save the attachment to your computer.2. Double click on the attachment icon to open it up in Preview.?3. Select the attachment and then click Quick Look to preview it without downloading it.?4. Click the down arrow next to the attachments to view a list of all the attachments.? Sending Attachments --------------------------------------------------------------------- To send an email with an attachment:?1. Click?New Message?to compose a new message.2. Click?Attach?at the top of the message window.?3. In the attachment window, browse for the file you want to attach.?4. Select a file and click?Choose File.?5.
