Replying to a Message --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Select a message that you want to reply to.?2. At the top of the window, click Reply or Reply All. Reply sends your message to just the person who sent the original message. Reply All sends your message to everyone who was on the original message list.?3. A message window will open up. It will already include the previous message text as well as the person you're replying to.4. You can add additional addresses, find names in the address book, change the subject text, attach a file, change the color, size and font of the text, and attach a photo or file.?5.
