The right vitamins and minerals play a major role in keeping your hair healthy.?Maintaining a diet that is rich in protein will help improve hair growth.c?You can maximize your genetic growth cycle by taking the proper blend of amino acids and B-vitamins: Vitamins B6, B7 (Biotin), B8 (Inositol) and B9 (folic acid).c? Growing Out Your Hair --------------------------------------------------------------------- Blow dry your hair as little as possible. It is best to let your hair dry naturally and use the blow dryer only at the end.?2. Do regular treatments at home or in a salon. Deep condition your hair at least monthly. c?3. If you don't have chemically treated hair, Amy recommends using Sebastian Drench conditioner to add moisture. If your hair is chemically treated, intersperse Sebastian Drench and Sebastian Penetraitt, which is a protein treatment. The Penetraitt should not be used more than once every two weeks. 4. Get regular hair cuts every eight to 10 weeks. If you don't periodically trim off your dead ends, your hair will end up breaking off. 5. If you're growing a bob-length cut or shorter, keep in mind that your hair line in the back is much lower than your hair line in the front.
