Burning CDs or DVDs --------------------------------------------------------------------- You can burn files onto a disk by using the CD burner in your computer.?1. Insert a blank CD or DVD into the case on your computer.?2. A dialogue box will open up and provide you with actions for the blank CD.?3. Select Open Finder. This will open up the blank disk in the Finder window and the disk icon will appear on your desktop. You can rename the CD by clicking on its name under the desktop icon.4. Find files that you want to burn onto the CD. You can burn documents, folders, music or any other type of file as long as there is enough space on the disk.?5. Click and drag the files into the CD icon on the desktop.?6. Open up the CD window by double-clicking on the desktop icon.?7. Click Burn at the top right of the CD window. The files will start burning onto the disk and will take a varied amount of time depending on the number and type of files you're burning.?8.
