Using a Mac - Volume Controls

Using a Mac - Volume Controls --------------------------------------------------------------------- Volume Controls are very easy to operate. On a Mac keyboard, keys F11 and F12 turn the volume of your computer up and down. F10 mutes the volume. You can also control the volume in the top menu bar. A drop-down slider appears when you click on the Volume icon, and you can customize the level of volume by sliding the slider up or down. If you want to customize your volume options a little more, navigate to the top menu bar and click on the Apple symbol in the top left corner. Choose System Preferences and open Sound. In the Sound Effects tab you can select an alert sound and the way in which that sound is played. The Output tab will show you the various output options you can choose from. The Input tab refers to microphones and the way in which sound can be captured and recorded on your computer. Read more by visiting our page at:
