Steven Spielberg has been in talks to develop a fourth "Jurassic Park" film.?According to the Hollywood Reporter, the iconic filmmaker has been meeting with "I Am Legend" screenwriter Mark Protosevich to brainstorm ideas that could reboot the famous franchise. Since the June 15, 2011 article was published, the Internet rumor mills have been churning about what the fourth installment could consist of.?The franchise, born from the late Michael Crichton's 1990 novel, has been extinct since 2001, when "Jurassic Park 3" grossed just $369 million worldwide. Compared to the original's $915 million take, and its sequel's $619 million tally, the franchise has been deemed over for the past decade.
