What You'll Need --------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients * 3 medium eggs * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1/4 tbsp butter * Salt and pepper to taste * 1/2 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled * 1/2 tbsp g ruy?re?cheese, grated* 1/2 tbsp cheddar cheese, grated * 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated Equipment * Nonstick frying pan * Large bowl * Spatula * Whisk Preparation --------------------------------------------------------------------- Set burner to medium heat and warm nonstick frying pan.2. Add olive oil to frying pan. Spread it around so that it covers the entire surface of the pan. 3. Add butter to pan and let melt. 4. Pour eggs into the large bowl and whisk. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste (optional). You can also add milk if you like, but Judith prefers the eggs by themselves. Cooking Process --------------------------------------------------------------------- Pour eggs into the frying pan and move them around within the first 20 seconds to make sure they cook more evenly.2. Sprinkle the four different cheeses on top of the eggs. 3. Move your spatula around the edges of the eggs to make sure they aren't sticking to the pan. 4.
