You can pick up a bike at 203 W 58th Street at the corner of 58th and Broadway (one block south of Columbus Circle). To rent a bike for an hour, you can expect to spend $15, two hours for $20 and three hours for $25. To rent a bike for the day, you will spend $45. You'll be given a park map along with your bike and safety gear so you can peruse the park's amenities yourself. Tandem bikes are also available for $30/1 hour, $40/2 hours and $50/3 hours. You can pick up your bicycle at 203 W 58th Street at 7th Avenue. Located at 160 W 56th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues, Cycle Central Park is directly across the street from Carnegie Hall and the 57th Street/7th Avenue subway station. At Bike Rental Central Park, you can find specials for reserving ahead of time and online - $14/ 2 hours online, or $6 with an online reservation; $18/3 hours, or $7 with an online reservation; $23/4 hours, or $9 with an online reservation; and $32/day, or $8 with an online reservation. Bike Rental Central Park is located at 348 W 57th Street and 9th Avenue, two blocks away from Central Park and Columbus Circle. For more information, call (212) 664-9600. Bike Tours in Central Park --------------------------------------------------------------------- Central Park Tours offers a guided bike tour that spans 2 hours during which time you will see Strawberry Fields, the Belvedere Castle, Bethesda Terrace, the Great Meadow, the Jackie Onassis Reservoir, the Shakespeare Garden, the Wollman Ice Skating Rink and more.?The package includes the bike, safety gear and an experienced guide who will lead you through these attractions. You can meet your guide at Columbus Circle, or you can have the tour guide pick you up at your hotel for a small pick up fee. This tour is available from 10AM to 6PM April to November and the bikes are first-come, first-served. The going rate for this tour is $47. Along with the aforementioned attractions, you will also see the International Garden of Peace and the Central Park Mall. This tour is offered weekdays at 10AM, 1PM and 4PM, plus weekends at 10AM, 11AM, 1PM and 4PM April to November. Reservations can be made for tours from December to March anytime between 9:30AM and 5PM. Ticket rates are $49 for adults and $40 for children. Arts and Architecture Tour --------------------------------------------------------------------- Central Park Bike Tours also offers two other options - the Arts and Architecture Tour and the Movie Scene Tour. In the Arts and Architecture tour, you will see Angels of the Water at the Bethesda Fountain, the Cherry Hill fountain, the Obilisk, the Swedish Castle, the Dakota Building and more for $49 (children are $40). This tour runs for 2 hours and departs everyday at 11AM from April to November.?Reservations can be made for tours from December to March anytime between 9:30AM and 5PM. Movie Scene Tour --------------------------------------------------------------------- On the?Movie Scene Tour, expect to get a glimpse of the shooting locations for "When Harry Met Sally," "Rosemary's Baby," "Serendipity," "27 Dresses," "Big Daddy," "Borat," "Spiderman 3" and "Night at the Museum." You'll also be taken to see TV show locations, including "Sex and the City," "Friends," "Saturday Night Live," "30 Rock," "Project Runway" and "Sesame Street," among many others.
