Tinu Cornish is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, and Chair of the Ethnic Diversity at Work Group (formerly the Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic Careers Working Group). The group is sponsored by the Division of Occupational Psychology (DOP), part of the British Psychological Society (BPS). This working group is run by academic and practitioner psychologists interested in developing Occupational and Organisational research and best practice in the field of Ethnic Diversity in the Workplace.
