Record-breaking athlete Michael Phelps might be in China at the moment, but from the other side of the world he's inspiring kids across the U.S. to get swimming. You could call it the Phelps Effect. Take Tameka, age 9, and Kayarah, age 8, for example. They love to watch the Olympic swim team so much they have picnics around the television and watch the competitions even in Spanish!
