OUSD Principal Leo Fuchs Praises Mutual Matching and Asks for Even More Student Focus

Principal Leo Fuchs praises OUSD's Mutual Matching proposal to give school communities a greater say in the teachers that are placed at their site and to give teachers greater insight into the culture of the places where they might work - but says it doesn't go far enough. Mutual Matching is an important step toward a teacher placement process that is student-focused and community oriented and where suitability is as valued as highly as seniority.
