Senior Class Reception - Part 1

Together with their parents and all their beloved ones, the senior class celebrated the last days of their undergraduate life. In a warm speech, graduating senior Ahmed Nafei recalled his 4 year experience at AUC, expressing how AUC has contributed to making him the person he is today. Following Nafei's speech, President Elect and Provost Lisa Anderson, congratulated the graduating class and explained the everlasting relationship between AUC and its alumni. Dr. Anderson encouraged the upcoming young alumni to maintain their affiliation and connection to AUC. Afterwards, Mrs. Iman Afra '86, an alumna and mother of a graduating senior, gave some thoughtful words expressing her pride for being an AUC graduate, a wife of an AUC alumnus and a mother of AUC students. In addition, Mrs. Afra introduced the Loyal for Life AUCian initiative and motivated all attendees to join the newly launched program. Finally, the attendees enjoyed a musical performance by a group of talented AUC alumni and students who played several songs and musical pieces. Congratulations to the graduating class and to all the new "Loyal for Life AUCian" members
