Tips for Remembering Tasks

Routines are easy to keep when you do them everyday. It's the "to-do's" that are monthly, or every other month that are hard to remember. By tying hard to remember items to tasks that are hard to forget, you'll be sure to remember everything you need to get done. Tie daily "to-do's" to brushing your teeth. This can include items like taking vitamins, other medications, or even exercising. Tie weekly "to-do's" to laundry day. This can be something like watering your plants, or mailing your bills, or calling an old friend. Last, tie semi-annual "to-do's" like flipping your mattress to daylight savings.
