Sunday is a day of rest, and re-energizing for the week ahead. To feel good about your upcoming week, it's always great to plan it before it begins. Here are some ways to use Sunday as a weekly prep day. First, write out all of your goals for the week, then hang them in a visible spot in your home. List out all of the place that you need to travel to, this will reduce the need for several repeated trips. Now, it's time to build in your play time. Make sure you pick at least one thing you've been meaning to do, like visiting an art museum, or having lunch with an old friend. Next Sunday you can reflect on everything you've accomplished. If there's something on your list you didn't get to, it's okay to put it on the top of the list for next week.
