Perfect Burger Patties
Here's an easy way to get a consistent thickness on all of your hamburger patties. All you need are two mixing bowls and cellophane. First, line your larger bowl with cellophane. Then roll your meat mixture into a ball and place it into your larger bowl. Place a sheet of cellophane on top of your ball and using a smaller bowl simply press down. Pinch together any rough edges, and then repeat.
