Keeping a supplement, workout, nutrition journal is that important and should somebody do that, I actually think it's critical. I actually ask everyone of my clients, from my mom to the profession, write everything you're doing down, from what you're eating, when you're eating and how much you're eating. Because, A, I thought that's about 75 percent for you and about 80 percent for me, and that's more than 100 percent. But the point is, it is so important that you write down what you eat because it actually makes it real. If you ache it, you think it, and if you don't, you won't. There's a lot of other things on the market that people, you know, go online and log in, and I think if you write it down, I always found it to be the best. Because then, I get to look at it when we meet, I get to see what you're doing. And it's not about being the food police and yelling at you, it's about looking through and seeing what you're doing and how I can cholerically cheap it, or lighten that meal that you were already eating, because that's what my goal is. Everyone understands money. So, I talk about food and expenses (0:01:06). What I wanna do is, I wanna see what you're eating and then I can optimize your energy output from that.
