Here's how to play the F-sharp major triad on electric bass. F-sharp major triad is going to be three notes from our F-sharp major scale. F-sharp is our route, A-sharp is our third, and C-sharp is our fifth. F-sharp is gonna be the second fret on the E-string. A-sharp will be the first fret on the A-string. And C-sharp will be the fourth fret on the A-string. Now our next F-sharp will be at the ninth fret on the A-string. A-sharp will be the eighth fret on the D-string. C-sharp will be the eleventh fret on the D-string, and F-sharp will be the eleventh fret right next to it on the G-string. Here's the two octave, F-sharp major triad.
