A typical student at my school are kids who are going there to get a better education. Many are put there by their parents, and others, like me, followed my friends. The type of person who should attend is a someone who is not necessarily smart but will put the effort and has the potential to succeed while getting a boost from teachers and peers.

A typical student at Alliance Environmental Science and Technology High School is someone who would go to tutoring when they need help. They would go afterschool to the tutoring program that is provided and also would go to the homework hall where they could do their homework. They would do their homework everyday and would study even if they do not have a test on that class. They would ask the teachers to see if there is any extra credit they could make up. A person who should attend this school has to be willing to their work all the time and take a lot of college classes, which the school pushes you to go to, to be prepared for college.
