The people. Everyone you meet on campus is friendly and wants to help you become the best person you are, from your peers, your teachers, even the dining services workers.
The size. Although Concordia can seem a bit on the small side at times it is nice to have a short distance to walk between classes, and smaller class sizes. If you really get a hankering to feel lost in the crowd, you can take classes at the nearby MSUM or NDSU through the tri-college program.
The area. The Fargo Moorhead area has a decent amount going on, from local shops to art museums to thrift shops to sporting events to fantastic restaurants to West Acres mall. This friendly town straddling North Dakota and Minnesota is the perfect mix of big and small; so no matter where you come from a rural town or a bigger city it can feel like home.
