Would you recommend attending University High School if you had the choice? Why or why not?

I would definitely recommend University High School. In fact, I hope that my younger brother will choose to go to UHS when the time comes. However I know that the academic rigour of UHS is not for everyone. Many intelligent and creative students have transferred out of UHS because they felt that their learning style did not match up to that of the instruction at University High. Other students, say, those with an artistic bent would feel happier in a school where they had more time to practice their hobbies. That being said, UHS provides a top quality education to those who can meet the requirements, and prepares– maybe even over-prepares – students for top colleges around the world.

I would recommend attending University High School because it is a good school. They have different academies depending on your career. These academies will jump start you for what you want to major in.

I would absolutely recommend University High School because each and every student is so accepting and kind, and I have never experienced any form of bullying here at UHS. The learning environment is safe and the courses are challenging and fun. The teachers are all incredible and really make an effort to make personal connections with the students. UHS also offers many extracurricular programs and has hundreds of clubs for students to choose from.

Yes because of the preparedness students get for college and if you can pass the test the pace of the curriculum is a good speed. The majority of the classes are AP and if you pass the AP exam at the end of the year you can get college credit that saves you money in the future.
