People who wouldn't like this school are people that want to excel in an elective of their choice. Though San Diego International Studies does allow people to take all sorts of electives, they're not focused on to nearly as great an extent as the main courses. Also, there's budgetary problems inherent in the school's system. For instance, my school doesn't seem to place stock into new instruments for the band. It also doesn't provide any editing software for the Film class, either. All in all, the extracurricular areas could use some work - though it isn't terrible. Also, if you don't like being challenged or learning, you won't like this school - it's tough.

The students who should not attend this school are the ones who are lazy and do not like to do work. It is a very strenuous curriculum.
